How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

To pause your subscription:

In order to pause your subscription, all you need to do is send us an email at admin@beyondfood.ch before midnight on the Sunday preceding your next delivery (every Tuesday) to let us know what you wish to do:

If you want to pause and know already when you want to restart just indicate the Tuesday you would like to receive again your bag and we will take care of it;


If you want to pause but don’t know yet when you will be able to restart, we will just wait to hear from you again on the same email address to program your next delivery.

You will not be charged nor delivered for as long as your subscription is paused.

You can pause for as long as you want, no questions asked!

To cancel your subscription:

You can cancel your subscription for free by sending us an email at admin@beyondfood.ch before midnight on the Sunday preceding your next delivery (every Tuesday).

We will stop charging your card and delivering products upon your cancelation.

Your BeyondFood personal account will still exist but your order history will be cleared. Given that your loyalty to our service is rewarded, we advise that you pause your subscription for free instead of canceling if you plan on using our services again in the future!
