How does the delivery system work?

For the time being, this service is only available in the canton of Geneva.

We deliver by bicycle every Tuesday evening between 5 and 10pm.

If you prefer to take delivery at work during office hours, please send us an email at admin@beyondfood.ch and we will be happy to find a solution!

In case of absence at the time of delivery we can leave the package with your neighbor, at your door, at a nearby shop or anywhere else. Just make sure to specify these instructions when you place your order the first time (a box is provided under the "address" section) and don't forget to email us at admin@beyondfood.ch every time you need to change these instructions.

Remember, your order is delivered in a bag containing a cooler that can keep your ingredients fresh for several hours (depending on the room temperature) after the delivery to offer you some flexibility. However, our responsibility only extends to the freshness of the ingredients upon delivery.

IMPORTANT: Each week, make sure our team is able to collect the jute bag and cooler used for your previous order. Any missing item will be charged 10 CHF!
